It is the day and age of the Internet and I’m sure many of us have at least tried to dabble into online dating apps such as Tinder or OkCupid. However, there will be times when we meet people who are not there for dating purposes and they don’t state it at the get-go.
Here we have a prime example of such a person.
According to a post on Facebook, this guy goes on a dating app called Tantan just to score expensive free meals with girls!
This person whose display name is Chun Zhou on the dating app has asked a girl out for a lunch date at the famous hotpot restaurant Hai Di Lao. So when they met there, Chun Zhou started ordering tons of food which amounted to $150 (RM455).
He then proceeded to eat about 80% of what he ordered and towards the end of the meal, he told the woman that he had to go to the toilet. The woman waited and waited for him to come back but he never did so, so she had to foot the bill all by herself.
After that, the woman tried to call him and text him but he had her blocked on all platforms. The woman’s friend then decided to make a viral post to call him out on his despicable actions.
“Honestly, Chun Zhou (if that’s even your real name), it doesn’t matter if you’re poor or what but at least have some self-respect & dignity for yourself and others!”
The friend then revealed that the victim actually wanted to go dutch on the meal even though the man ate 80% of the food.
The victim’s friend told WORLD OF BUZZ that Chun Zhou is from China and he claims to be studying in a renowned business school in Singapore. Her friend and the guy have been talking for a while before Chun Zhou asked her out on the fated lunch date.
The victim’s friend hopes that by making the post viral, people would be aware of this man and his detestable ways to eat good food under the expense of unsuspecting women.
We don’t have words for how evil it is to make it seem like you are interested in a person just to use them for free meals! What do you think about this? Tell us in the comments!
