Pak Lah’s demise was shocking to the nation, and many, including leaders, expressed sadness to bid farewell to Malaysia’s fifth Prime Minister.

A cross-dresser, on the other hand, left an insensitive comment on one of the news portals that reported Pak Lah’s death by saying “Hahaha”. The cross-dresser, Xiao Honey was quick to remove the comment following major criticisms online but he could not escape Malaysians’ fingers of fury.

Malaysian netizens managed to take a screenshot of his insensitive comment and expressed disappointment to see him leaving such a response.

Xiao Honey, his real name Deacon Chai was previously arrested by PDRM for behaving indecently at the Laman Mahkota Istana Bukit Serene in Johor with fellow cross-dresser, Bryan Wee. Both were released and issued a public apology.

At the time of writing (April 15), Deacon has yet to respond to the matter but Malaysian social media users have been flooding the comment sections on his latest Facebook post, expressing anger towards Deacon for the comment he left.

“I am so disappointed in you. You don’t even know basic respect and manners, are you going to say it was a typo?”

“I don’t get why would you do that and leave such an insensitive comment. Has Tun Abdullah ever done anything to you?”

A netizen reported Deacon’s socials while others continued to express disappointment.

“Are you removing all these comments too?”

“I have forwarded this comment section to the Malay circle. Please respect our former PM, if you want to comment in such a way, please revoke your nationality. You’re embarrassing the Chinese community, and don’t ever be rude!”

“Your laughing reaction sealed your fate. We could’ve just watched and laughed at your other videos but this time, you crossed the boundaries and you should apologise for it.”

Tun Abdullah breathed his last yesterday at the National Heart Institute (IJN). The State Funeral was held this morning at the National Mosque.
