When it comes to losing weight, most of us have a general idea of how to do it, which generally means a sustained period of clean, healthy eating and exercise.

You would think that with the many examples of people benefiting from such a weight loss regime, the rest of us would not agree with those who think they have found a quicker way to lose weight. Well, you are dead wrong!

Taking to Twitter, one netizen thought it was a good idea to share her weight loss regime she attributes to simply taking dietary supplements commonly found at pharmacies around the country.

Piling on the hurt, she then continued her barrage in condemning the product that the netizen was consuming in a corresponding thread.

We know that achieving the right waist size and your ideal weight may be a bit easier by taking untested and unsafe supplements.

But is it really worth the risk?

We urge members of the public to seek dietary advice from qualified dietitians that can truly help you in your journey to weight loss.
