Malaysia has recorded its lowest increase in more than a month with only 69 new Covid-19 cases! This brings the total number up to 5,251 with 2,198 active cases.
According to the Ministry of Health 51 patients are in the intensive care unit with 26 needing breathing assistance.

The death toll in the country is at 86 which represents a 1.64% fatality rate, one of the lowest in the world!
Additionally, 201 more patients have recovered bringing the total number of recoveries to 2,967. This means that Malaysia has a recovery rate of 56.5% which is one of the highest in the world!
