In the video, he revealed that one of the affected schools was in Setia Alam, where his child attends. He recounted the chaos that unfolded during the incident, emphasising how people abandoned orderly conduct, cutting queues and neglecting safety protocols. His insight shed light on the domino effect that occurs when one person fails to follow orders, leading others to follow suit.

“If we’re in a situation like this, we can’t go in panic mode. If everyone is panicking, how are they going to conduct safe passage for everybody?”
