We’ve all come across some pretty quirky bathrooms in Malaysia, but does any of them top the one at Sunway Lagoon?
In a recent amusing TikTok video by @chocococoalatte, she ventures into a seemingly ordinary public toilet that turns out to be anything but that.
Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, she mentioned that she and her friends decided to visit Sunway Lagoon after finishing their finals, seeking a fun way to unwind. They soon discovered this legendary toilet through a random guy’s TikTok video and decided to see it for themselves.
She shared,
“I first heard about the toilet when there’s this one guy posted a TikTok of their friends dancing so I thought ‘Oh let check it out if the toilet is real’.”
Initially sceptical, she found out the rumors were true. In the video, her friend dances under disco lights to a Christmas song playing in the background.
She reassured the disco lights don’t affect people inside the toilet cube, as the light doesn’t pass the door. The bathroom is conveniently located near the main entrance.
She further noted that the lights and song duration isn’t too long to annoy people, and there’s a rumor they change the song for every festival season and said,
“I think Sunway did a good job adding the lights because it actually attracts people to go to Sunway just to check it out.”
Comments poured in as netizens found the situation hilarious, with some even contemplating a trip to Sunway Lagoon just for the sake of the toilet.
“Is this for real.”
“We should consider going to Sunway just for this toilet.”
“Sunway Lagoon toilet is gonna be packed after this.”
