Football is a very big thing in Malaysia and you might know one, two or ten people in your life who are hardcore supporters of any football club.

The Malaysian Super League is in full swing now and so far, it has been quite eventful with a large fight happening at a petrol station between Penang FC and Kedah FC fans.

More recently, it was reported that Kelantan FC has been on a losing streak: on 14 August, they lost 0-8 to Terengganu FC, 0-10 to Johor FC on 19 August and finally 2-11 to Selangor FC on 25 August.

These massive losses 3 times in a row have obviously dampened the fans’ spirit and they decided to show how they feel by forming a sad emoji in the bleachers.

According to Berita Harian, this took place during the match between Kelantan FC and Selangor FC.

Other than that, the disappointed fans also lit some flares and started chanting in the parking lot of the Sultan Muhammad IV Stadium in Kota Baru.

It is said that this incident took place for only a couple of minutes before the crowd was calmed down by the police.

Kelantan FC’s new CEO has said on his Facebook page that he will take responsibility for their loss.

Well, the emoji was definitely a very creative way to show disappointment but we’re unsure about the flares as they seem dangerous!
