Japanese Woman Impresses M’sians After Revealing That Her Fav Asam Laksa in M’sia is From a Food Truck!

In a delightful encounter, our foreign friend has embarked on a captivating journey into the heart of Malaysian cuisine. Witnessing others fall in love with our local delights is a truly heartwarming experience.

Recently, @ayachannel1005, known as Aya, took to her TikTok video documenting a visit to her favourite Asam Laksa spot in Malaysia.

It turns out that Aya’s love for Asam Laksa extends far beyond borders, as she not only appreciates its unique flavours but also knows exactly where to find the most delectable versions right here in Malaysia.

In the video, Aya can be seen making her way to the Asam Laksa haven. She reveals that the place is nestled in Sea Park, located in Selangor.

With anticipation building, Aya receives her eagerly awaited bowl of Asam Laksa. In her charming Japanese kawaii (cute) tone, she exclaims, “Asam Laksa!”

The vibrant Asam Laksa dazzles with its array of fresh vegetable dressings and the tantalising touch of its sour-spicy broth. Its mere appearance is enough to make our tummies rumble in anticipation.

With a heartfelt “Itadakimasu” (a Japanese phrase expressing gratitude before a meal), Aya takes her first bite, savouring the flavoursome treat before her.
