Some trips may be too expensive at the moment, but one woman in Indonesia made it clear she was determined to go to Bali even if it meant funding the trip in unimaginable ways.

She urged her family to sell their house so the money could be used for her graduation trip to Bali.

In a viral Facebook video, the woman is seen arguing with her brother, who strongly opposed both the trip and selling the house, especially since the property had already been mortgaged to support her education. Despite this, she insisted, saying she would feel embarrassed if she couldn’t join her friends.

To help pay for her studies, the woman’s mother had taken up work as a cleaner, while her brother is reportedly a freelance worker.

“I’m going, and I don’t care! I’ll be embarrassed if I can’t go with my friends,” she told her family.

She added that if the house was sold to fund the trip, she would pay them back once she had the money. The video ends with the argument still ongoing.

What would you do if you couldn’t afford a trip? Would you sit this one out and wait for another opportunity?
