Based on China Press’ report, the video allegedly happened in Bukit Batu where the police officer reportedly asked for RM50,000 from the man who was taking the video. It is believed that the man’s brother is in lockup now and the money was supposed to keep the brother alive.

It starts with the alleged police officer approaching the car of the person who was discreetly recording the conversation. He starts off with some racial slurs and threatens the man while he sits there trying to placate him.

The man outside the car says, “What you are doing now is not giving face to my superior! Now my superior is asking for the remainder of the money. Where is it? If you don’t give money then your brother will be dead!”

The person taking the video replies, “I have already given RM30,000, how much more do you want? My brother is still inside (lockup). Please, bro, I’m only a lorry driver. I still have my wife and kids at home.” In the midst of all this, suddenly the man outside the car lifts up his shirt to allegedly flash a gun at his waist to show the man he means business.

The man doing the threatening continues to berate the other man and even says that his brother is the head of the narcotics department in Kulai. At one point, he even says that he has the power to bomb the other man if he wanted to.

This continues on for a while and the man promises that he would try his best. The alleged police officer parts with a final warning that the man would die if he reports this incident and that his brother inside the lockup would suffer the same fate as well. The video ends as the man believed to be a police officer walks off and the man inside the car keeps sighing as he wonders how he is going to get the money.

It is unclear when the video happened as it was not stated. Netizens were shocked by the footage and urged the police to investigate this incident and verify whether the case was authentic. Meanwhile, some of them said that they wondered who was behind the man as he was so daring to blackmail this person in broad daylight.
