In the post, Nasi Kandar Sulaiman shared how a patron with his family approached the owner before dining and said, “I’m an influencer”.

The owner then simply replied, “Okay”, but the influencer took it a step further by showing his TikTok account with around 40,000 followers to the restaurant owner.

Afterwards, the influencer asserted to the eatery owner, “No need to pay, right?”, and added that he would be making a video on the food.

However, the eatery owner stressed that the influencer would still need to pay, though it is up to the influencer whether to record a video at the restaurant or not.

The eatery owner said,

“I said he needs to pay. If you want to take a video or not, it’s up to him. I won’t get in the way. But need to pay. Because it’s not as if I invited him.”

“Mamu will go bankrupt if 10 influencers do this”

Nasi Kandar Sulaiman further iterated that being an influencer doesn’t mean you don’t need to pay, adding that should 10 influencers do the same thing, they’ll go bankrupt.

“If 10 people do the same as this guy, mamu will go bankrupt hahahah,” said the post, while revealing that the bill for the influencer was RM53.60, as confirmed by the attached photo on the post.

Despite the owner already telling him that he won’t be getting the food for free, the influencer again said “I’m an influencer” while paying for the bill and insisted on getting the food free of charge.
