Covid-19 has spread to a lot of different countries with the most recent being Bhutan. As a precaution, lots of people are wearing face masks now and are practising good hygiene. However, in this series of photos that we have stumbled upon, we see that people are now being very creative in trying to avoid covid-19. Although we are not so sure if some of them will work.
In a thread that has since gone viral, we were presented with a few different face/head masks that were of other uses before this. The thread which shows how absurd some of these “inventions” are has garnered almost 200k favourites and 50k retweets.
Without further ado, this is the glorious tweet.

This man seems to have put his head into a pillowcase and is using something like a ski mask/sports goggles to make sure it’s secure.
These two people were seen in gas masks and it’s better to be safe than sorry I guess!
This woman was spotted going around London by multiple commuters and the black scarf really complements her outfit.
This man was seen with an improvised Tesco plastic bag on his head, I mean, it even has a transparent screen! Give the man some credit!
And last but not least, the bras…
This woman was walking around with half a bra on her face and in the picture, we can clearly see that there is a lot of space between her face and the bra.
It is unclear whether the following set of photos is from London or not but regardless, here it is.
We hope that these people have since gone to buy proper face masks! What are some creative ways you have seen people use to avoid covid-19? Share with us in the comments!
