Highest Covid-19 Deaths Recorded Today, Daily Cases Expected To Hit 5K By Mid-May

Malaysia recorded 4,765 Covid-19 cases today with Selangor recording the highest number of cases at 2,082 and Kuala Lumpur next at 540. The Ministry of Health (KKM) confirmed that the number of cases might hit 5,000 cases by mid-May.

The number of deaths recorded today is the highest ever at 39 which brings up the total number of deaths to 1,761. On the flip side, there were 3,124 recoveries today which brings up the total number of recoveries to 411,360.
