It’s scary to think that people can get ambushed anywhere, at any time!

A person learned this the hard way after a group of men had attempted to ambush him by blocking his vehicle in Batu Pahat, Johor.

The MALAYSIA MOST VIRAL Twitter page recently showcased dashcam footage of the ambush, where a group of men showed up in a Toyota Alphard and blocked the person’s vehicle at Old Street, Batu Pahat.

MALAYSIA MOST VIRAL wrote, “I swear, criminal activity is getting worse as time goes by in Malaysia. What is the horrible fate of Malaysians? It has not been eradicated before, and now crime is happening in front of our eyes.”

In the dashcam footage, the Alphard could be seen coming from the opposite direction.

Suddenly coming to a stop in front of the person’s vehicle, a group of men then got down from the Alphard (leaving the doors open) and quickly approached the person’s car as he reversed, seemingly knowing the group’s intentions.

“They’re surrounding the car,” the man could be heard saying.

One of them stood directly in front of the car in an attempt to stop the person from fleeing.

Though, this did not stop the person as they drove on, using his car to push the man that’s blocking him. Seeing that the person was willing to knock him and the Alphard to get away, the man blocking the car quickly closed the Alphard’s door to prevent any damage to it.

The person then quickly drove away.

“Should we call the police or tell our boss?” the man then said as he drove off.

It is unknown as to whether the group tried to go after the person as he fled.

Netizens have since speculated that the group of men may be either loan sharks or debt collectors.

What would you have done if you were in the man’s shoes? Do feel free to share your thoughts in the comment section.
