Many of us live to travel because there’s just so much to see and explore in this world. The only constraint that’s holding us back? Money. Because travelling ain’t cheap yo! But that didn’t stop this man from keeping his tropical dreams alive.

A netizen by the name of Rafael-nonog Gomez from Rizal, Philippines, went super viral on social media after posting a picture of himself taking a bath. But before you guys start thinking bukan-bukan, you should know that he was wearing shorts while sitting on the floor as he stared at a hand drawn Boracay ‘poster’.

In the picture, he was using a pail as a dipper to pour water over himself while paying unwavering attention to the cardboard poster. Apparently Boracay is his dream vacation destination but he just couldn’t make it there.

Here’s what Boracay has to offer, and it’s no wonder why he dreams of going there. It’s like a paradise, man!

Soon, a Boracay local, Tong Yangco picked up on the picture and felt lucky yet guilty at the same time for taking the beautiful island for granted. So Tong wrote on his Facebook:

“Anyone knows this guys? Let me know please if you know him. We will bring him here to Boracay. Cheers! Please share till we all find him!”

Later, Tong posted some good news. Him, local travel tours and other kind netizens collectively bought the guy AND his friend plane tickets to Boracay!

Looks like Rafael’s dream vacation can finally come true, and let’s be honest, it certainly is heartwarming to see kindness from strangers.

Of course, netizens expressed their joy for Rafael and saluted Tong for his immense generosity.

‘Nuff said, Imma grab a cardboard and start drawing sun, sea and sand. Any kind netizen wanna sponsor me? 😀
