Former Japanese adult star Rae Lil Black has been sharing Ramadan tidbits on her socials, and some parts of her celebration of the Holy month took place here in Malaysia.
Rae has reportedly embraced Islam, although she has neither denied nor confirmed this fact. She did, however, hint in the comment section that followers can expect to hear more about her spiritual journey soon. Rae has also removed all her explicit content from her socials.
A week before Ramadhan, Rae held a meet-and-greet session with her fans at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, where she received gifts such as prayer mats and prayer travel kits. Rae also shared clips and pictures of her visiting mosques in different places before and during Ramadhan. She also shared her thoughts on welcoming the holy month of Ramadan in her post, saying,
“I hope we’ll all have a beautiful whole month of being close to Allah, and also being close to your loved ones, family, brothers and sisters.”
“I’m very excited. I hope God and you guys will give me strength to go through this month. Ramadan Mubarak.”
Rae celebrated her very first Ramadan in Bangkok, Thailand, on the first day before she flew to Malaysia for the Holy Month.
She had her first Iftar and prayers in Kuala Lumpur on March 9. Rae also shared short clips of her strolling around the city yesterday (March 10) before posing outside the famous mosque in Seremban – Masjid Sri Sendayan.
According to the caption, Rae’s friends brought her to the mosque where they broke fast and performed Terawih prayer at night together. Rae called her trip a pray-cation, in which the first week was spent in Bangkok and the second week would be spent in Malaysia.
She also hinted at Indonesia as a possible next destination.
Rae visited KL last year, where she was spotted at a Nasi Kandar restaurant.
