Many of us go jogging or running to maintain a healthy lifestyle. A Malaysian man, however, thinks that jogging and running are not a good idea.

To him, jogging and running are merely a scam by the Jewish community to promote the products of certain brands, and not to promote a healthy lifestyle. He claims that jogging was invented to boost the sales of shoes from Jewish brands.

The man suggested brisk walking as the best alternative for a healthy lifestyle.

“The more you run, the more your feet will get damaged, including the ‘alignment’ and tissues at your feet. So, be careful. These are merely scams.”

And that was not his only suggestion in the viral TikTok video.

As per the prophet’s way, the man said there are other alternatives that we can do to lead a healthy lifestyle.

“You can choose archery, horse riding, cycling or swimming. Those you can do.”

The man said that when we walk fast, saturated fat will burn faster than when we run.

“We can run but in a sprinting fashion and in just 10 minutes.”

“They’re here to ruin people’s lives”

In the video, the man also claimed that the Jews have only 1 purpose – to ruin other people’s lives.

The man, who was brisk walking at KLCC Park also claimed that sprinting for 10 minutes is not encouraged for overweight people.

To those who are actively jogging every few days, what do you think of the man’s take?
