Applications like Tinder, Bumble, Coffee Meets Bagel and many others come in handy when you’re looking for a partner outside your circle. While these apps may not guarantee you an immediate response or the ideal matches, there are always other alternatives to meet your potential match.
Leona, daughter of local actor Azhar Sulaiman recently revealed via her TikTok account and said that she’s on the hunt for a boyfriend.
Instead of sharing her social media IDs or asking them to slide into her DM, Leona prepped something for the men to try their luck – an online application form.
Leona also included a few pictures of herself before the form, which was shared on her account on 25 June.
Very much like a standard application form, Leona needs your basic personal details, including your social media handles. Apart from that, she’s also interested to know about your favourite songs and some random facts about yourself.
Well, people say the devil is in the details. However, Leona said she did not personally create the form but it was merely something she saw on TikTok and decided to use it for her cause, and she assured the people that she was not joking about looking for a potential partner.

Leona is quite well known among some men, so it’s not a surprise that her post went viral, garnering as many as 1.4 million views in just a day. Many Malaysian men also took the opportunity to express their interests, but many feared that their monthly income may not be what Leona has in mind.
“I earn a basic of RM1,500. Am I eligible?”
“I’m interested but I’m afraid of her dad.”
“Is the application still open? Can I try asking you for a picture together this coming Raya Haji?”
“I’ve applied. Where do I send it?”
“I’m working with the government, and I can usually apply for loans easily. Are you okay with that?”

At the time of writing (27 June), Leona has yet to respond to all the inquiries. Local model, Ms Puiyi once revealed that more than 400 guys actually e-mailed her with their resumes in an attempt to win her heart. Do you think Leona will follow suit and keep the men updated?
