He did 20 push-ups and some jump rope
Doctors were shocked when they found out Joshua had a collapsed lung just from doing 20 push-ups and a few minutes of jump rope.
He had been working out to lose weight, but after just two sets of push-ups and a bit of jump rope, he started feeling discomfort in his body.
Initially, he went on with his day like normal but the next day, he started struggling with sharp chest pain and shortness of breath even from small movements like climbing the stairs.

His condition could cause permanent damage or death
The pain became unbearable, forcing Joshua to seek medical attention at a hospital in Henan, China, where doctors confirmed that he had suffered a pneumothorax.
Doctors warned that if left untreated, his condition could worsen, potentially leading to permanent damage or even death.
X-ray scans revealed that one of his lungs had shrunk to just a third of its original size due to excessive pressure during exercise.

This serves as a reminder from doctors to always listen to your body’s signals and not push yourself too hard.
