Yet another heated moment broke out in Parliament once again, this time, it involved Barisan Nasional Kinabatangan MP, Bung Moktar Radin.
According to Free Malaysia Today, Bung Moktar stood up to give his opinion on the upcoming Sales and Services Tax (SST), and was about to ask Khairy Jamaluddin about the prices of items sold at the Selayang wet market, when Puncak Borneo MP Willie Mongin said, “Not casino, is it?”
In case you haven’t heard, pictures and videos of a person resembling the Kinabatangan MP allegedly gambling in a casino started to circulate on Facebook over the past weekend.

Angered by the accusation, Bung Moktar told the MP,
“What is this? You are rude. You don’t deserve to sit here. Gangster. You want to fight? F*** you.”
Several Pakatan Harapan MPs then promptly asked Deputy Speaker Rashid Hasnon to request Bung to apologise and retract his offensive language.
When one of the MPs asked Kinabatangan MP, “Going to Casino?” in the midst of his question, Bung Moktar hurled back with “F**k You!” in the August House.

According to The Star, Beluran MP Datuk Seri Dr Ronald Kiandee used Standing Order 36 (9), explaining that Bung had reacted in the way because of what Mongin had said. He stated,
“Standing Order 36 (9) reads that no reference shall be made in any debate to the conduct or character of any MP. Mongin had questioned his conduct.”
However, no ruling was made, but it is expected that the Deputy Speaker will bring the matter up after their lunch break.
Well, we get that discussions in Parliament often get very intense, but that certainly doesn’t excuse using rude words!
