Bullying Case Get Caught On Video, Culprit Believed to be Police Officer’s Son

Taking place on Twitter, a video of a bully wrestling and beating the daylights out of his victim went viral yesterday afternoon.

In the video, the bully, who wore a red shirt, was seen beating another boy non-stop, surrounded by bushes.

A police report was made on the incident, which took place near Sentul, citing that the culprit may face up to 10 years of imprisonment and caning.

According to the police statement: “At around 5.33pm, the father of the victim lodged a report, stating that his son was a victim of bullying by his schoolmate.”

“The incident took place at Jalan Prima Pelangi, Bukit Prima Pelangi, Segambut Dalam Kuala Lumpur. It began when the victim refused to follow the suspect and skipped school,” added the statement.

“The suspect forced the victim to ride together, and was beaten at the face and chest with the use of a motorcycle helmet.”

“At 1.22am, the suspect, a male aged 15 years old, was taken into custody along with a red motorcyle helmet, believed to be the weapon used during the incident,” stated the report.

“The case will be investigated under Section 324 od the penal code, which could result in up to 10 years of imprisonment and/or lashes.”

Police investigation is still underway.
