Nothing breaks like a heart, and this lady faced just that when she cried on a dark street away from the crowd.

In her TikTok video, she shared how broken she was when her partner could no longer care for her, but she was consoled by a concerned Pakcik who knew that the dark street was not safe for the lady.

In her caption, she writes: “I was so tired. I walked to this dark place and cried alone. Then, this pakcik came along.”

Listening to how distraught she was, the kind man had these words to say.

“From afar, I can see that something was troubling you. You must be heartbroken.”

Don’t sit in places like this alone. If you have problems, try to settle it. This is a fact of life. If you need time to think, do it at the stall there,” said the man.

In the comments section, netizens commended the pakcik for being the voice of reason.

They, too, began sharing their own sob story.

“I once was so stressed out. I sat at Nando’s One Utama for about half an hour and wasn’t ordering anything. A staff came over and brought me ice-cream. He said that it was on the house as the manager saw me sulking away.”

“Once, I parked nearby the lake around UTM, opened the windows and cried. Later, the security guards came and said an entity may come and cry with you,” said a user.

Another commented, “When I was so stressed from work, I cried at a parking lot and my car had no tint on it. This Chinese uncle came along and knocked on my window to give me a lollipop.”

People know what to do to cheer someone up, right?
