In this economy where many are living paycheck to paycheck, it’s always good to get a bang for our buck especially when it comes to the place we’re renting.

Recently, a room for rent in Ipoh has gone viral for how it has “everything” in it.

The room was featured on a Facebook page named RoomGrabs and it is a single room located in a semi-detached house in Taman Song Choon, Ipoh.

As we can all see and deduce, this area of the house was probably a kitchen prior to this and it’s now housing a single bed and 2 sinks (or as the netizens prefer to call them, bathtubs).

The listing on the website has since been deleted and apparently, it’s because someone has begun renting the room.

According to both SinChew Daily and China Press, the room’s rent was set at RM250 monthly and it comes with a parking space, shared bathroom and living room, fully furnished and those who rent can use the fridge, washing machine and water heater.

In addition to that, the Indah water fees, water bill and electricity bills are included in the rent as well if the individual pays 1 month’s rent, a deposit of 2 months’ rent and a contract fee of RM50.

Even though it all seems very good, the fact that the sink is in the room is throwing off many netizens.

“Those in the next room can come over and use the sink,” said one netizen while another added, “Put a portable stove there and you can start cooking.”
