As reported by the Indonesian portal Detik, the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights is currently assessing Tuschinski’s health before deporting her.

This is because she is suspected of suffering from mental illness, with the authorities set to only deport her when she is declared healthy.

The Indonesian authorities are currently waiting for the result of Tuschinski’s psychiatric health examination at the Bangli Mental Hospital.

The German tourist has visited Bali several times, most recently in 2019 but she didn’t break any laws during her previous visits.
