A Malaysian recently vented their frustrations online about a local courier delivery man after their parcel was simply thrown into their house.

Worse, given that their gate was open during the delivery, a random dog got in and immediately snatched the parcel and ran away with it.

A random dog snatched the parcel

As he finished doing this and got back into his car, a random dog can be seen entering the home through the open front gate, with the delivery man seemingly noticing but doing nothing about it.

A few seconds later, the dog can be seen having the parcel in its mouth and running away with it. Seeing this, the delivery man opened his car door for a moment before shutting it close.

He then noticed that the dog was walking beside a passerby and decided to disembark from his car again to ask help from the passerby to retrieve the parcel.

Seeing that this was unsuccessful, the man entered his car again and drove away to chase after the dog.

The item delivered was susceptible to damage and was relatively expensive

In the caption of the Reddit post, u/RespectPretty4929 lamented the delivery man’s behaviour which brought him instant Karma as the dog snatched the parcel.

Thankfully, the delivery man managed to retrieve the parcel and redelivered it to the home. Despite that, however, u/RespectPretty4929 revealed that they had to “bore the brunt” of the delivery man’s negligence.

The Redditor further elaborated that the parcel contained an item which was susceptible to damage and relatively expensive too.

u/RespectPretty4929 shared,

“Despite the gate being open, he neglected to take a few extra steps to place the parcel in a safer location, like on a bench or a shoe rack. Instant karma ensued when a dog witnessed his careless act and promptly seized the parcel.

“Though the driver managed to retrieve it after a brief chase, I unfortunately bore the brunt of his negligence… I’m left shocked and speechless by this incident.

“Despite attempting to address the issue with the driver, he simply ignored me, offering no apology or response for such an act. It’s truly disappointing.”
