Did you really think that Tesla would be Elon Musk’s only business opportunity in Malaysia?

Starlink, the satellite internet constellation operated by Elon Musk’s aerospace company, SpaceX, which provides high-speed, low-latency broadband internet across the globe, is now available here!

Taking to their Twitter account, Starlink shared the good news.

They wrote, “Starlink is now available in Malaysia, marking the 60th country around the world where Starlink can provide high-speed internet connectivity.”

According to Starlink’s website, shipping times to Malaysia are currently estimated to be at 2 to 3 weeks

“Customers in your region typically see download speeds around 100 Mbps. No contracts. Try for 30 days and, if not satisfied, return the hardware for a full refund,” they explained.

After ordering, you can easily self-install Starlink as the Starlink Kit arrives with everything you need to get online in minutes including your Starlink, WiFi router, cables and base.

In order to install Starlink, you must first choose between the standard hardware, which is priced at RM2,300, or the high performance hardware priced at RM11,613. And then, the internet service is priced at RM220 a month.

Would you give Starlink a try? Do feel free to share your thoughts in the comment section.
