Authorities are currently on the lookout for six passengers who boarded an Express Timuran train from JB Sentral to Tumpat station on 10 November, to go for immediate testing after they reportedly were discovered to be in close contact with a Covid-19 patient onboard.

These six passengers are ticket holders of the following numbers:

  • T201152111087
  • T201035922381
  • T201078130791
  • T201182443886
  • T201176241266
  • T201193852880

Datuk Dr Zaini Hussin, State Health Director said these passengers are being called in for testing because of their close seating arrangement with the Covid-19 case. “Hence, we urgently call upon all six passengers to go and get tested,” she said, in a statement recorded by Harian Metro.

Just yesterday (22 November), Kelantan recorded eight new cases, bringing the total number of active cases in the state to 93 reported in the last two weeks. Despite this, authorities found that many citizens in the state were unaware of the CMCO that was imposed recently.

Hopefully, these ticket holders will get tested soon to avoid possibly spreading the virus to others.
