Since the MCO, many of us took the opportunity to transform and beautify our home. One recent trend a lot of people started picking up is… TAKING CARE OF PLANTS!

And it’s understandable because green leaves around the house instantly transforms a dull room into one you will refuse to leaf (pun totally intended).

So if you’re thinking of getting yourself some new affordable plants around the house but you’re not sure where to do it, don’t fret! Here’s a list of nurseries in Klang Valley just for you!

This hidden gem is known and popularly visited by locals in the neighbourhood. Though it’s not as famous as other nurseries, this spot boasts a huge range of baby to mature plants. Unlike most spot which have plenty of leafy potted plants, Nurseri Dimewa has a lot of flowering ones too – such as Periwinkles, gerbera, bougainvilleas, and petunias.

This place has also a good diversity of plants to choose from. Unlike the previous 3 nurseries, this spot has a wide range which are good for landscaping – from green foliage to grass patches.

A plus point for this place though, is that each of their plant is tagged with a description – perfect for new plant owners.

Here’s another hidden gem for ya! Hidden along Persiaran Tropicana is a road that’ll lead you to plant nursery heaven. There are about 10+ shops you can hop into to check out – from outdoor landscaping solutions to Koi fish aquariums.

The most popular and probably the largest one is Lot 54 – also known as Weng Thye Brothers Ceramics Trading.

Don’t be fooled by its name because besides a huge variety of pots, this place offers a big collection of indoor and outdoor plants, shrubs, trees, and more. We easily spent about 2 hours here as well.

A plus point for this spot is that its plants are all marked with prices (and discounts) so you know how much each one costs before purchasing it. Additionally, the pricing here is very competitive and you can easily get a medium size plant for your home for only about RM12-24!
