The horrifying image of a poor dog, in chains, dragged on the streets from the back of a lorry in Serdang Jaya, has made its way onto social media.

Through an Instagram update by this netizen, this poor dog can be seen lying on the ground and dragged along in chains as the lorry moved to its location.

“I’m not sure how long the dog was there. Positively, I wanted to think that the lorry driver may have not noticed that a dog was attached to his lorry.”

“However, this is too much. I hope that this case will be solved quickly.”

In the thread, one netizen stepped up to the plate and reported the incident.

“I receieved this heartbreaking photo from someone in one of my WhatsApp groups.”

“I am also sharing a video of how a report can be made to DVS.”

Let’s hope that the authorities will get to the bottom of this.
