The Hamster Society Singapore (HSS) has recently shared on their Facebook page that 129 hamsters have managed to be saved by a hoarder who was treating the cuties poorly. The owner of these poor little things decided to surrender them as she does not have the proper knowledge to care for hamsters and she can’t afford to care for them too.

The HSS also revealed that a lot of the hamsters are sick and some had just given birth. Generally, all of them are affected by their poor living conditions. Because of this, HSS has reached out to the public for donations as well as any form of help to rehome the hamsters. The page wrote,

“With this large batch of hamsters, we need your help in rehoming them and nursing them back to health. This is a call for donation, no matter how small or big so that we can help these little lives out with their hopefully, new lives ahead.”

For any Malaysians who want to help, you can reach out to the Hamster Society Singapore through their Facebook page.
