A Malaysian man is venting his frustrations online after discovering that an image of him was posted at a petrol station due to an apparent unpaid amount.
The man, CK Tee, took to his Facebook page to call out the petrol station in Johor Bahru, for displaying a CCTV grab of him and his vehicle at the station over an alleged unpaid amount of RM73. He claimed that the petrol station’s card payment system was at fault for the situation as he managed to use the petrol pump.

He wrote, “I owe you RM73 for petrol. There is a problem with your self-service card payment system and you posted my photo? It’s not like I can take the nozzle and simply fill up petrol.“
He ultimately went on to insult the petrol station’s owner and wished death upon them.
“No brains. If you do not know how to run a business, please get the stupid manager to handle things. Idiot. (I hope you) die soon. The owner of the (petrol station) in Selesa Jaya, I wish you quickly die,” he added.
No payment, can pump petrol?
Many ended up agreeing with him because petrol can only be dispensed after a payment is made.

“Under what circumstance can I insert my card and directly fill up petrol if there is no money in the card? It’s so strange.”

“In fact, it stands to reason that the petrol nozzle will only dispense petrol when you swipe your card. So, it can only be said that it is a system problem, so it is not your problem.”

“If the card payment fails, how did you get the petrol? Have you checked your card payment record to see if you were charged RM73? If yes, print it all out and report it to the police. Or, did they get the wrong person?”
According to a report by Sin Chew Daily, it is understood that the CCTV grab has since been taken down from the petrol station window.
