You Can Now Take The MRT to The Airport Via The Putrajaya Line!

Fast and convenient! We can now travel directly to the airport via MRT Putrajaya Line Phase 2.

If you live around the areas of the new MRT Putrajaya Line Phase 2, you can now travel on the MRT to Putrajaya Sentral, then switch over to the KLIA Transit service and head to the airport directly. Depending on the stations you go from, it only takes around 25 minutes to an hour of travelling.

According to KLIA Express, the journey from Taman Equine to KLIA only takes RM12.40 (one-way fare), and approximately 25 minutes. From Sungai Besi to KLIA, the fee is RM13.10 and takes 37 minutes. Whereas for Tun Razak Exchange and Persiaran KLCC, it costs RM13.60 and RM13.70, and takes 48 minutes and 52 minutes respectively.

The one-way fare is already inclusive of the cost of RM9.40 from Putrajaya Sentral to KLIA via KLIA Transit. Those who purchase the ticket online can even get a 10% discount. Check the price after the discount here.

This provides great convenience, especially to travellers who live around Putrajaya Line Phase 2. The fare is very reasonable, no traffic jams, and the waiting time is not too long as well.
