A woman in Singapore is currently attempting to locate her 6-year-old son, after his father had allegedly kidnapped him and brought him to Malaysia in May 2024.

Taking to her Facebook page, Day Limonte shared how she has not given up searching for her son, Caleb, and is requesting help finding him.

She wrote, “It’s been a long time since I last posted anything here, I wish I was posting about something happy but I’m here asking for help. Earlier this year, my son, Caleb, was abducted by his father and taken to Malaysia. He has now been missing, without contact, for over 175 days.”

“I’m trying to raise awareness of his abduction to hopefully get help from the right people to find and bring him back home.”

A website called ‘Help Find Caleb‘ was also created as a portal for the general public to reach out to, should they have information on Caleb’s whereabouts.

“His parents divorced in 2021 and for the last 3 years, Caleb has been legally under the care and custody of his mother, Daylin. In May 2024, after a scheduled parental visit, Caleb’s father, Luqman (aka Luke Liang), failed to return Caleb and abducted him overseas to Malaysia (via Johor Bahru). Caleb was illegally taken without the knowledge or permission of his mother, against Singapore court orders,”

“Heartbreakingly, over the past 6 months, Luqman has made himself uncontactable and has not granted Daylin any access to her son. We continue to exhaust all possible legal means in Singapore and Malaysia to have Caleb returned home. Frustratingly, these court processes take time and the exact whereabouts of Caleb and Luqman remain unknown,” the website read.
