A video has been going viral showing a woman, believed to be a foreign tourist from China, being confronted after allegedly cutting the queue at Universal Studios Singapore.

Things quickly escalated into a heated argument when the woman, who had a baby with her, was heard saying, “If it wasn’t for China, Singapore wouldn’t exist.”

“Aren’t you Chinese yourself?”

The man behind the camera recorded the whole incident, and the woman soon pulled out her phone to film him back as their heated exchange continued.

Speaking in Mandarin, the woman asked him:

“Do you think you’re the only one who can record me? What’s wrong with Chinese people? Do they embarrass you? Aren’t you Chinese yourself?”

She went on to say that without Chinese people, Singapore wouldn’t amount to much.

The man then shot back sarcastically, saying, “Yeah, Chinese people are the greatest, the best.”
