In another update on the Covid-19 coronavirus patient numbers, an employee from Wisma Felcra in Setapak has tested positive for the virus, according to Harian Metro and Astro Awani.

The results of the coronavirus test were received early this morning (4th March 2020), and the patient, a board member employed under FELCRA Berhad, was last seen on the premises on 25th February 2020. According to FELCRA Head of Executives, Mohd Nazrul Izam Mansor, the situation is currently under control and no other employees in the building have shown symptoms of the virus.

“All operations in the building will cease from 4th of March 2020 to 6th of March 2020 to enable cleaning and sanitisation works to be done thoroughly.”

All employees working in Wisma Felcra Setapak have also been told to work from home and remain within the region to ensure that they will be reachable, should the need arise. Wisma Felcra will also be in constant communication with the Malaysian Ministry of Health, should any updates develop from the situation.
