Sometimes, it’s the little things that make 2 people happy being together with each other.
Recently, Nazira shared on her TikTok account her sweet and heartwarming experience of surprising her husband with a new refrigerator. While getting a new fridge may seem common for every household, the surprise managed to put a smile on her husband’s face.
Actually it was more than a smile! He was so overjoyed that he danced and sang in front of the newly-purchased fridge!
Prior to noticing the fridge, her husband did not sense anything off when Nazira kept constantly recording him as it is something common among them.
According to the captions, the couple has been married for about 4-years now and this is the very first time they have purchased a fridge together.
Now, you might think how did they manage to store the items that need to be kept cold before the purchase?
Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, Nazira said that she was staying with her in-laws previously. During the MCO, her husband did not manage to land himself any jobs which led to the deterioration of their savings. It pushed the couple to start anew and fortunately, after some time, he found a new job in Kuantan.
That was when they realised that it was an opportunity for them to finally live independently. At that time, they only had RM300 of savings in hand!
“We had to be in long distance relationship for a month to earn enough money for the rented house that we are staying in right now,” Nazira said.
3 months after moving into their new home, they finally managed to get themselves a new fridge. She kept it a secret from her husband to surprise him.
Nazira, who sells beauty and cosmetic products also said that the reason she made this TikTok video is simply for her own keeping and not to seek sympathy. She enjoys recording their moments together as that is the way for her to preserve their memories forever.
“The video is also a sign of how proud I am towards him for all his efforts, and for never giving up after collapsing multiple times,” she expressed, before saying that she’s also proud of her man as it was the very first fridge after their marriage.
At the time of writing, the video has garnered more than 80,000 views and more than 29,000 likes.
