Sometimes, you don’t need to have a supernatural encounter to have chills sent down your spine. An unexpected discovery can potentially make you feel fearful, and that was what a Malaysian woman felt earlier this month.
In her Facebook post, Jennifer shared an eerie incident that happened when she visited a temple to move her deceased grandfather’s urn to a new temple. Little did she know, there was something just below her grandfather’s urn “waiting” for her to discover – a passport-sized picture of an unknown woman, with allegedly Thai words (or incantations) written at the front and back of the pictures, where her name was also written.
Some 1 sen coins were also found around the picture.
“Who, what, and why?”
Jennifer couldn’t help but wonder, who is the girl? What happened to her and most importantly, why was it under her grandfather’s urn? The endless possibilities about the fate of the woman were not the only scary thing but also when you have no idea if something sinister is waiting for your family.
“I’ve asked everyone in my family and relatives. Nobody knows the woman and everyone got goosebumps” Jennifer said in her post.
She expressed her concern and said,
“I don’t know what happened to her but at the same time, I can’t stop thinking about how much it may affect us, and why was it under my grandfather’s urn? He left us more than 20 years ago.”
Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, Jennifer said that she had asked help from a ritual master to handle the matter, and not long after the discovery, the “curse” has been lifted.
“Whoever did that thing, the spell has been broken.”
In another FB post, Jennifer also debunked all online theories from netizens about the picture of the woman.
“She’s definitely not my late grandpa’s secret daughter or secret lover. You guys are funny.”
As for the unknown woman, Jennifer has no idea if she’s still alive but regardless, she wishes her well. She also told WORLD OF BUZZ that she did not want to disclose the location of the temple as she refused to paint a bad light on the place.
“We’ve resolved the matter privately and everything went well.”
She added that both her grandparents’ urns have been moved to a new place, and she thanked all netizens for their wishes.
Jennifer also gave us the contact info of the ritual master, and we reached out to him on Saturday (June 10) for more information. However, as of today (June 14), the ritual master has yet to respond on the matter.
Regardless, we truly hope that Jennifer and her family, as well as the unknown woman, are safe from any malicious intentions out there. It’s scary to even think about what ill intentions others may have towards you that they can resort to such an unorthodox measure.
