A potential catastrophe was averted when a vigilant employee quickly responded to a car that had caught fire at a petrol station.

The employee’s immediate action not only prevented the flames from spreading but also saved lives and minimised property damage.

Eyewitnesses reported that the white MPV caught fire after experiencing mechanical issues at the front of the vehicle.

As smoke began to billow, a pump attendant grabbed a fire extinguisher and rushed toward the flames. The fire was eventually brought under control.

In the comments section, netizens shared their thoughts:

“I assume many petrol stations provide fire-fighting training for their employees.”

One user said, “He is a responsible and courageous employee. Not everyone has the bravery to act in such situations.”

Let’s hope he is appreciated for his bravery,” commented another.

Good job!
