WATCH: M’sian Driver Calmly Manoeuvres Car to The Side of The Road After A Tyre Fell Off

While driving can definitely be fun and even relaxing for some, it is important to always stay vigilant and be ready for any unforeseen circumstances.

Well, a Malaysian driver definitely encountered an unforeseen circumstance recently after the car the individual was driving suddenly lost one of its tyres while on the road.

In a video shared by the Facebook page Inforoadblock, dashcam footage from the front and rear view of the vehicle showed the anxious moment when the tyre fell off.

However, rather than panicking, the driver remained calm and kept the vehicle under control despite it significantly losing balance.

The driver managed to keep the car from swerving and potentially causing an accident with other vehicles on the road, slowly manoeuvering to the emergency lane and stopping the vehicle. You can watch the whole video here:

 

According to the post, the incident took place on Km76.1 of the PLUS Highway connecting Pendang and Gurun in Kedah on Thursday (27 April 2023).

In the 1-minute video, you can clearly see the exact moment when the vehicle lost the tyre and how the driver expertly react to the sudden loss of balance by adjusting the angle of the steering wheel to safely turn to the left.

From the rear dashcam footage, you can see the tyre falling off and catching up with the vehicle when it safely stopped at the emergency lane.
