Taking to TikTok, this netizen shared a video of how she got a little something extra with her nasi campur while eating at this hospital’s canteen.

“Right now I am having butter chicken, potatoes and some rice.”

“I don’t know where this came from and I have not even touched the rice, I found a tissue paper in my meal,” said the netizen.

Taking to the comments section, one netizen had this to say.

“It is time to make this issue known to the public. The canteen is disgusting. The staff eating area is smelly, the food is not fresh and not appetising.”
