In the 1-minute video, the man can be seen shaking behemontly, while making t-rex like hand gestures, amidst incesent complaining from the victim of the collision.
Towards the end of the video, a packet of white powder can be seen just outside the driver’s window, thus prompting the discussion that the man could be high on drugs.
Netizens were less than impressed with the man, who was definitely high on something.
Understanding that the substance may just be cocaine, here are several comments made by netizens on the matter.
“He must be a kuih raya vendor, probably back from a stock run.”
Another commented that the person may have snorted baking soda.
“Must be baking soda. Anything goes with these people.”
