On July 28, Hong Kong boy band, Mirror, was having one of their shows in the Hong Kong Coliseum.
Halfway through the concert, one of the giant monitor-screens that was suspended on air fell and hit one dancer, before toppling down on a few other dancers.
The show was ended immediately and the band’s manager asked the crowd to calmly exit the arena.
According to Hong Kong Police, it has been confirmed that 2 dancers were injured and hospitalized.
One of the dancer suffered some neck injuries but is in stable condition, while the other dancer is still in the intensive care unit (ICU).
The Hong Kong Government has issued a warrant for the band to put the remainder of the shows on hold until safety checks have been conducted at the other venues.
We hope the dancers are in stable condition and we hope for their speedy recovery.
