People all around the world are strongly advised not to touch their mouths, noses and faces amidst the Covid-19 outbreak. Health authorities have even made public announcements and press conferences warning the public to adopt good hygiene practices.
One of them is Sara Cody, the public health director of Santa Clara County, California, who was giving a speech about good hygiene practices, as seen in a video on Twitter.
However, right after she told the public not the touch their faces, she went ahead and licked her own finger!
“Today, start working on not touching your face, because one main way viruses spread is when you touch your own mouth, nose or eyes,” she said.
A few moments after that, she is seen licking her own index finger in public!
