Most of us who have a stand fan in our houses would know the struggle of cleaning it whenever dust accumulates on the fan blades as we would have to dismantle the fan and take out the parts to wipe or wash the dust off.
But with people getting more and more creative nowadays, there are many hacks available on the Internet, including one to clean your stand fan without having to dismantle it!
@hometipseveryday shared a video on TikTok that demonstrates how one can get rid of the dust that has accumulated inside a stand fan in just three simple steps!
1. Mix baking soda, vinegar and dish soap together (make sure it is liquid enough so it can be sprayed)
2. Put the mixture into a spray bottle and spray it onto the fan
3. Place a plastic bag big enough to cover the fan, turn the fan on and let it blow for five minutesÂ
Once five minutes is up, all the dust would have come off and accumulated in the plastic bag!
