Taking to TikTok, this delivery rider began his story with a rather familiar story of being ‘pursued’ by police officers for a would-be offence that he just did.

Realising that it was just a case of judging a book by its cover, this was a story of how this delivery rider gave much-needed help to these police officers.

“I was on my way back from my shift, so I sped up my bike a little over 65km/h at the time, and then I saw two officers at the side of the road,” he said.

“So, I made the decision to visit a nearby ATM machine, to find out that the two officers I met earlier followed me to the bank.”

“I thought that that was the end of me, only to find out that the officers had a flat,” he explained.

It was a different story after he had feared the worst, as he thought he was probably getting a summon for speeding.

“So I went on to fix the flat. The officers wanted to pay me for the help, though I refused, they still paid me anyway.”

Anyway, long story short, he didn’t get the summons he first thought he was going to get, and the police officer did not have to go out of his way to get his flat fixed. All is well!

What a turn of events!
