The tables have turned for many animals as we see story after story crushing the internet. While humans stay in their cages (homes), it would seem that animals have come out of theirs.
Here’s a new one about an Australian sea lion named Birri Junior. Birri lives at Sea World in the Gold Coast, and he was recently given a grand treat by going on an adventure. Attaining a nickname ‘the handsome boy’ from all the employees at Sea World, Birri got a chance to walk around and visit his many friends along the way.
Based on a post by Sea World’s Facebook page, he, accompanied by an employee, was able to say hello to all his shark friends at Shark Bay. He also met up with his homies, the tropical fishes, stingrays and the bottom-dwellers. Birri was seen to be so excited the entire time and netizens were simply stoked at how adorable he was.

Isn’t he just the cutest??
In pursue of maintaining staff and customer safety, Sea World was announced temporarily closed till further updates, which is what made Birri’s adventure possible.
Just like him, many animals have been reported to be having a splendid time since the dawn of Covid-19. The pandemic, although a very unfortunate situation for us all, has been proven to continuously be, a silver lining in the cloud for the voiceless few, and Birri just so happens to be one of them!
