Where would the freakiest sexually-charged yet technologically advanced event be if not in Japan?
Last year, Japan held the world’s very first virtual reality (VR) porn festival, Asian Crush reported. Unfortunately, the event had to be cancelled because there were just too many people who attended!

The ‘Adult VR Fest’ was to showcase the latest developments in technology revolving around VR and pornography. The venue was in Akihabara, Tokyo and took place at the end of June, 2016.
They showcased some super kinky devices of different shapes, sizes and functions. One machine was in the shape of a hand and its sole purpose is to give handjobs!
Another special invention allowed the person to hold their ‘waifu’ virtually. The person wearing the VR headset can reportedly see themselves hugging someone, but in reality, they’re just grabbing the air.
But somehow, the special machine even blows air to make it feel as though are actually touching real breasts. I wonder how that actually works…

Apparently, the highlight of this quirky event was a faceless inflatable doll that you can hump. The machine’s impressive technology can translate the movement of your hips into the VR video, making things incredibly realistic.

So, of course, many perverted people wanted to check out the event. With over 600 people flooding the venue, somebody actually called the police to report a public disturbance because of the huge crowd.
Because of that, the organisers had no choice but to abruptly end the event. This left many people feeling totally disappointed, understandably.
The organisers planned on not leaving fans blue-balled as they promised a similar event in August, 2016. However, there hasn’t been any news of an adult VR fest since then. I’m sure many people are still waiting for the sequel.
Though this community was saddened by how this event turned out, it didn’t stop the widespread use of VR in pornography.
Well, who knows? Maybe they’re organising a huge event that’s coming sooner than we think!
