Update: WORLD OF BUZZ apologises in regards to a previous article for the inaccurate headline. However, the content still remains as it’s reflective of what Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob has said during his press conference.

Defence Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob has announced that individuals who have yet to return to their hometowns can still do so until this coming Friday (15 January).

In a press conference today (12 January), he said that the government has agreed to allow individuals who have already bought flight tickets and bus tickets to return to their hometowns, despite the interstate travel ban that will be implemented on 13 January.

He added that the police have been informed about this new update.

Stay tuned for further developments on the SOP during the MCO.
