Just a few hours ago, we were outraged by the news of a Covid-19 patient who travelled from Johor Bahru to Kuantan despite being asked to self-quarantine. The Kuantan Health Department immediately requested that those who travelled with the passenger immediately contact them.

Thanks to the power of social media, the Kuantan Health Department’s update reached all passengers in the bus, and they all have contacted the Kuantan District Health Office Control Room.

In the post, they thanked everyone who helped share their announcement and also thanked everyone for their concern. They shared some tips where they advised everyone to STAY AT HOME, wash your hands regularly and to also maintain a social distance of 1 metre. The Health District reassured Malaysians that we can stop this virus transmission chain.

Thanks to everyone who shared our article and reached out to anyone who might’ve been a passenger on that bus. Our hope and humanity are what keeps us together during these trying times.
