By providing high-performance computing through GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS), SNS Network is offering an AI Factory to accelerate AI adoption among enterprises in Malaysia and foster AI industry growth and talent development through training programs and Proof of Concept (POC) activities.
Located in Telekom Malaysia Berhad’s (TM) Klang Valley Data Center (KVDC) in Cyberjaya, SNS Network’s AI Factory will dedicate 50% of its accelerated computing capacity for commercial workloads while reserving the remaining 50% for activities aimed at fostering AI growth – including POCs, industry training, boot camps and hackathons.

The AI infrastructure is aimed towards supporting local and regional enterprises, government bodies, and academia across industries from financial services to education, retail, telecommunications, manufacturing and healthcare.

SNS Network plans to offer flexible subscription options to cater to the diverse computing needs, supported by AI-driven enterprises, supported by Dell PowerEdge servers with NVIDIA accelerated computing, NVIDIA Quantum-2 InfiniBand networking, and NVIDIA AI Enterprise software.

To help customers accelerate AI adoption, SNS Network is also introducing an AI Readiness Assessment and POC service for selected qualified customers. With support from NVIDIA, the assessment provides a tailored roadmap for a seamless transition to AI-powered workflows on SNS Network’s GPUaaS platform. This initiative helps organizations evaluate their AI capabilities, identify optimal use cases, and conduct small-scale AI deployments before undertaking full-scale implementation, ensuring that enterprises can adopt AI efficiently and with confidence.

The SNS Network GPUaaS AI Factory features local hosting, which provides data sovereignty and compliance with Malaysia’s data privacy and security regulations. The scalable service offering gives technology developers access to cutting-edge AI infrastructure without the intensive capital expenditure and allows flexibility to technology developers to scale their computing needs on demand, said Mr Ko Yun Hung (吴云汉), Managing Director of SNS Network.

More crucially for the growth of the AI industry in the country, SNS Network’s AI Factory ecosystem aligns with Malaysia’s aspirations to foster innovation, talent growth and ethical AI development through training programs, enterprise AI projects, community boot camps and hackathons, said Mr Ko.

“This initiative will democratise access to AI infrastructure, allowing enterprises and institutions to harness AI’s full potential. GPUaaS is a natural progression for SNS Network, building on our expertise in supplying AI super servers tailored to client needs,” said Mr Ko.

“Our first-mover advantage positions SNS Network well to capture growth opportunities along the AI data centre value chain. With rising demand, we are committed to expanding our capabilities and driving AI adoption in Malaysia,” he said.

SNS Network is committed to empowering businesses, government bodies, and learning institutions with the right AI infrastructure, expertise, and support ecosystem to drive Malaysia’s AI transformation, Mr Ko added.
Customers can opt for monthly or annual GPUaaS subscriptions, as well as reserved instances options for one to three years. SNS Network is offering its monthly subscription starting at RM35,000 per NVIDIA Hopper GPU, to RM240,000 per Dell XE9680 server with eight of the NVIDIA Hopper GPUs.
